LINK Consumer Council
LINK Consumer Council
The Consumer Council ensures that the consumer is put at the heart of LINK.
Established in 2006 to provide advice on consumer issues relating to the ATM network, the Council brings together independent experts and LINK Members. Since 2006 it has helped develop our financial inclusion work. It has made the case for £5 notes at ATMs, championed cashback without a purchase and played a key role in us inviting requests from communities.
The Consumer Council has the following members:
- Tracey Graham, Chair and Non-Executive Director, Link Scheme Holdings Ltd.
- Tim Allen, Barclays
- Adam Bailey, NatWest
- Ross Borkett, Post Office
- Lady Margaret Bloom CBE
